The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how this site is managed, with regard to the processing of personal data of users/visitors who consult it. This is a disclosure that is also made pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 196/03 – Code on the Protection of Personal Data to those who connect to the website www.uglyfish.it and use its web services from the address www.uglyfish.it. The information is given only for the above-mentioned site and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through appropriate links.

Type of data processed and purpose of processing

1) Browsing data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the normal course of operation, some personal data that are then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
